The Monastery Wins Leading Live Event Venue at the 2025 This Is Manchester Awards

The Monastery has officially been crowned Leading Live Event Venue at the prestigious This Is Manchester Awards 2025!

In a glittering ceremony held at The Point, Lancashire Cricket Club, our beloved Monastery stood tall among some of the region’s biggest names in hospitality, live entertainment, fashion, tech and community impact.

Hosted by television personalities Jenny Powell and Scott Thomas, the event welcomed over 800 guests, including household names from across the entertainment world. With 25 fiercely-contested categories, it was a night that celebrated the talent, resilience and innovation that makes Greater Manchester a powerhouse of creativity and culture.

Now in its eighth year, the This is Manchester Awards shine a spotlight on individuals and organisations that are shaping the region’s future while staying true to its soul.
