Breathwork to Quiet the Busy Mind, Release & Reset
Take time to pause, breathe and create space for yourself with this calming, weekly breathwork session led by resilience coach Gemma Donnelly, here at the Monastery, Manchester.
Life can leave our minds feeling busy and our bodies carrying more tension than we realise. This welcoming evening session offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your breath and finish the week feeling calmer, more grounded and refreshed.
The session begins with a gentle grounding practice before gradually building into a guided breathwork journey designed to help release stuck stress or stagnant energy. As the pace of the breath slows once more, you’ll be invited into a state of greater stillness, creating space for both mind and body to relax.
No previous experience is necessary. Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or looking to deepen your existing practice, you’re warmly welcome.
