Hidden Wisdom of the Monastery
Join Gill Harbach on a trip down the rabbit hole into the wonderland that is the Monastery, Manchester.
The Monastery is a very special building, it is a sacred temple built purposefully by a group of enlightened Franciscans, the Recollects.
This workshop will introduce you to the sacred architecture, geometry & mathematics that make up the construct of our world. We’ll explore the importance of sound, resonance and vibration in sacred buildings, along with esoteric symbolism (in particular that of the Knights Templar). We’ll discuss earth energy and ley lines, as well as how and why just being in the building affects – in a positive way – every visitor, by bringing about union in each being and in turn, the world.
