BLOOM | Women’s Day Retreat – Emerging onto the path of your true feminine essence

Sunday 17th March, 10.30am – 3.30pm

Join us for a transformative day retreat with reiki/ sound practitioner, yoga teacher and sacred space holder, Andrea Pickford, nestled deep within the sacred space of Gorton Monastery.

About this retreat

This retreat will help us focus on stepping into our innate wisdom held deep within us, unlocking our feminine essence with practices such as, womb healing, movement meditations, deep connection with like-minded women, sound healing, journaling, voice activation and oracle card readings.

When we heal from our hearts and womb space, we heal past traumas that we may have experienced as a child, we may even be carrying trauma that has been passed down from our ancestors. So when we start to concentrate on recognising and healing those traumas, we developed a better understanding of ourselves, that can help us through our day to day lives with joy, ease and compassion.

How will I benefit?

This is a gathering of sacred sisterhood, where each one of us can be held without judgement. You are guaranteed to leave feeling completely empowered, full of love, utterly confident within your innate feminine essence to live a life full of joy, and having made new beautiful connections with other women.
