Therapeutic Sound Healing Activation
A sonic enchantment for the mind, body and spirit
4.30-6.30pm, Sunday, November 19th, 2023
The Monastery is very proud to present this therapeutic sound activation with sound pioneer and maestro, Tim Wheater and friends.
You can expect to enter a deeply relaxed dream state, with the musical instruments used specifically chosen for their ability to assist in the relaxation and balance of the body and mind. This is music that transmits frequencies to aid the process of healing.
Supporting us on our musical journey, we are delighted and proud to have one of Tim’s finest past students (and resident Monastery sound healer), John Hofton performing, with his wonderful voice and divine mastery of music and sound.
We are equally excited to have Craig Winterburn with us too, with his amazing gongs and playing that can take us to such a high realm.
Zara Wilson-Fredericks will be offering special Singing Bowls – one to one – throughout the performance. This treatment is particularly effective when people are lying down on mats, so please wear comfortable clothing.
There will be other support musicians as part of our sound orchestra and we look forward to confirming them soon.
