Rediscover Your Awareness: An Introduction to Mindfulness Practice

Join us for a calm and welcoming mindfulness workshop here at the beautiful Monastery, Manchester.

This secular, science backed, and trauma-informed approach to mindfulness blends simple theory with guided practice, reflection, and real-life tools to help you find stillness in a busy world.


How will I benefit?

By being more in tune with the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – you can improve your mental health and wellbeing. Some people call this awareness “mindfulness” practice, which can help us reduce stress, enjoy life more, and understand ourselves better.

Who can take part?

This workshop is open to all adults and no previous experience of mindfulness practice is needed.

When: Each 1st Sunday of the month, from 11:30am to 12:30pm
