About these workshops
Everyday Angels invite you into a sacred space of creativity and quiet revelation – a warm embrace of the divine, a place where heart, art, and spirit gently intertwine. Guided by artist Alison Knox, these gatherings offer time to pause, reconnect, and awaken to the luminous presence of the Everyday Angels within and around you
Each session offers a unique and personal journey – potentially transformative, expansive, and illuminating – helping you to integrate new insights into your own life, practice, or therapeutic work
Whether you’re just beginning to explore or already well along your path, Everyday Angels will meet you exactly where you are – giving gentle guidance to help you take the next step, or to make that leap of faith
Each workshop is accompanied by specially selected music, including the exquisite Bliss (Lucinda Drayton) and the ethereal Soundscapes of Ian Richmond – a series of meditation recordings inspired by Alison’s art. These soundscapes are deeply transformational – amplifying and enriching the energetic experience of your time in the workshop.

Meet The Archangels : Sunday 5th April 2026
Working through a journey of personal introductions to these 6 Archangels and their accompanying crystals, you’ll be encouraged to engage with each one and to accept the spiritual challenges they pose. They will become your strongest allies and most loyal supporters. “You do not walk alone; you never have”

The Emerald Star Journey : Sunday 7th June 2026
“Step closer. Fall deeper. Open Further.” Embark on a journey of personal discovery and remembering. Working through powerful crystal energies. An opportunity to retrieve a part of your own story and anchor it into this physical realm in a way that is absolutely personal to you

Rediscover Your Wings : Sunday 2nd August 2026

An evocative and beautiful workshop which helps re-connection to your own soul freedom… and to remember how to “fly”. Working with a very special set of feathers you can experience a latent memory of something strangely familiar yet seemingly forgotten.

Through Angels Eyes : Sunday 4th October 2026
Explore “a way of seeing a way of being“; where the ordinary become extraordinary. Develop an understanding of the subtle messages and experiences which are “hidden in plain sight“ and already available to you. How you choose to see the world is merely a reflection of what is going on within you. Open your “angels eyes“.

Passing The Love Around : Sunday 6th December 2026
With “The Graceful Warriors”… those who heard the calling came… This joyful and inspiring workshop day in the company of angels and love, light and laughter will help set you up for whatever lies ahead. Reconnected to your own courage; remembering your own Truth and purpose you will embrace the future as a challenge to be met, and enjoyed (rather than feared and endured), knowing that you are known; you are awaited and you are here!

Workshops cost £40 per person, per workshop and include a specially prepared workbook and materials that reference the meditations and journeywork. There is always a little extra angelic gift to take away with you too – a tangible reminder of your time spent in sacred creativity.
