Event Details
Starting on Sunday 4th January, 2026, and in the style of our previous Spiritual and At One Sundays, these special, monthly, Mind Body and Soul Sundays are back by popular demand.
Just like a mini mind, body and spirit festival, you can enjoy a full day with us every month with MBS stalls, workshops, inspirational guest speakers, talks, meditations, healing and music, as well as a wide range of therapies.
Entry and parking are free, and so are some of the activities, whilst some of the sessions and therapies do have an entry fee and will need to be pre-booked.
Every Mind Body and Soul Sunday will be slightly different, so you can join in with everything that resonates as you enjoy meeting like-minded friends, share experiences and make these MBS Sundays your own.
From 10am-4pm the Great Nave, along with multiple spaces in our beautiful building will be dedicated to restorative, healing practices. Whether you’re interested in meditation, stress management, sacred music, movement, healing or simply being in the ‘now’, we’ve got a range of gentle activities and pastimes to make this Sunday a real tonic for the soul.

Introduction to Mindfulness
Mindfulness practice is the simple act of paying attention to the present moment with openness and without judgement. Through techniques like focused breathing, quiet observation or guided meditation, it helps calm the mind, reduce stress and increase clarity. Over time, mindfulness improves emotional balance, resilience and overall wellbeing – helping you move through daily life with more ease and awareness.
